When do I make payment?

Payment is made after the repair process is complete and your part is ready to be shipped back to you. Once the repair is finished, we will notify you and provide the payment details. We will send you an email and an SMS/text message notifying you to make payment. The payment process is easy and straightforward. This way, you only pay once your part has been successfully repaired and are ready to be returned.
