If there are no issues or faults found with your board, module, or part during the diagnostic check, there will be no charge for the repair service. It is important to provide detailed information about the exact issue you are experiencing with your part so that our technicians can replicate the issue on-site before proceeding with any repairs. This helps ensure that the root cause of the problem is identified and addressed effectively.

 

If the issues with the module only occur sporadically or can only be diagnosed when it's in a working vehicle, there is a possibility that our testing process may not detect any faults. In such cases, our technicians will offer recommendations based on the symptoms you've described. These suggestions may come with additional costs, and you can then decide whether to proceed with the proposed solution or have the module returned without further service. If you choose to have it shipped back without service, we will refund the service cost after deducting a $39.99 test fee.
