What if my repair fails?

If your repair fails, UpFix offers a warranty on most of our services to ensure your satisfaction. If you experience any issues after receiving your repaired part, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to diagnose the problem and, if necessary, perform additional repairs under the warranty. Our goal is to provide reliable, long-lasting repairs, so you can have peace of mind knowing that we stand behind our work. If your repair is still under warranty, we’ll take care of the part repair under warranty.
