What if my part is not able to be repaired? Will I still be charged?
It is a good idea to conduct a thorough diagnostic check before availing of any service to address your issue. This step helps in ruling out any other potential causes for your symptoms, even if they seem to align with the common fault description.
In the event that you send a unit in good working order due to a misdiagnosis, and our testing reveals no faults or issues with the unit, or if the part is deemed irreparable, you will only be responsible for the shipping costs. Additionally, there may be a bench test fee that could apply, typically around $39.99. It is advisable to check the specific service page for your part to confirm the exact bench test fee.
If you are unsure whether the part in question is the actual cause of the fault, we recommend refraining from proceeding with the purchase. Instead, it is best to seek further professional advice and diagnosis to ensure an accurate solution to your problem.
