My part is defective and still under warranty. What's the next step?
If you have previously had your part repaired and are experiencing any issues, please refer to the order confirmation page that was sent to you via email and text message. You can also log into our website to access your order details. From there, you can initiate a support request regarding any problems with your repaired part, and our team will promptly assist you.
Example of your order confirmation page
If the part becomes defective during the warranty period, UpFix will either repair or replace the faulty part at their discretion. Customers must fill out a Support Request on the online order link before sending the part back. If the part cannot be repaired and a direct replacement is unavailable, UpFix will refund the original purchase price, minus shipping costs. The warranty coverage is valid for the original purchaser as long as they own the vehicle.
