If you have previously had your part repaired and are experiencing any issues, please refer to the order confirmation page that was sent to you via email and text message. You can also log into our website to access your order details. Customers must fill out a Support Request on the online order link before sending the part back. If the part cannot be repaired and a direct replacement is unavailable, UpFix will refund the original purchase price, minus shipping costs.
