Installed repaired CPC4, engine doesnt start and indicators on dash dont work.

Please check the battery charge on both batteries and make sure it's within spec. If you have access to Freightliner's Diagnostic Link software, scan for codes to find out exactly which module is causing the no-start issue and what codes are showing.
