Installed CPC4 but cant clear error SPN 961 FMI 2. What could this be?

This code refers to the 'Clock Data Invalid' error. Meaning the software inside the CPC4 is experiencing issues. Clear the code with Diagnostic Link software and power down the semi-truck for at least 30 seconds. If that doesn't work then the CPC4 module will need to be reprogrammed which we can do under warranty if it's already been serviced before.
