Common Solution

The burner is connected to a receptacle socket where the contacts can wear out over time, preventing power from reaching the element. Check the receptacle contacts for signs of burning or damage, and if found, replace the socket. Similarly, inspect the element prongs for any burning, and if present, replace both the element and receptacle. Follow the provided instructions to safely remove and replace these parts. Burnt contacts can disrupt the flow of electricity, so replacing damaged sockets and elements will restore the connection. Remember to handle burnt components with care when removing them.
