How it works

UpFix strives to provide customers with cost-effective, automotive part remanufacturing services. By rebuilding the original parts and providing expert technical support, we save our customers hundreds of dollars on repairs.

Our unique repair & return service allows customers to reuse their original parts and save hundreds. It's simple, just send your defective part to us and once we receive it, our IPC certified technicians will run a test to identify the source of the problem. We don't just replace defective parts. We go to the root of the problem and use new upgraded parts to ensure the issue is solved. Usually within 1-3 days your part will be reset/rebuilt and sent back to you. Check service page for your part for estimated repair time. Our service is 100% guaranteed or your money back (except for shipping). We will gladly refund the cost of the repair with proof of purchase for the same part/make/model and year.

What is my next step?

Step 1 Carefully remove the airbag module and seat belts that are locked from your vehicle, if you are not sure then please call the office and or see our technical support videos on removal instructions.

Step 2 Securely pack your item, using the correct box so that your unit cannot be damaged in transit. Take special care when packing.

Step 3: We need your name, address, phone number and email to ship it back to you.

Send parts to:

UpFix

4991 BU Bowman Dr.

Suite 100

Buford, GA 30518

Include with your part:

  1. Your Name
  2. Your complete mailing address
  3. Your Phone number, email address
  4. Year, make and model of vehicle.

If you have a special request or an update for your order we can process it after we receive your part. Please do not include any notes with your order. After we have your part, you can call, email or text us for any order changes or any special tech notes/instructions.

Once we receive your part, we will run diagnostic tests to identify the problem.

A full diagnostic check should first be performed to eliminate all other possible causes for your symptoms, even if the symptoms match those specified on the common fault description.

If you send a unit in good working condition due to misdiagnosis, and our testing determines that there are no issues or faults with the unit, or if the part is beyond repair, then you will only be responsible for the shipping costs and a bench test fee may be applied (see service listing to see if a bench test fee applies to your part).

IMPORTANT! If you are not sure that this part is the cause of the fault then we recommend that you do not go ahead with this purchase and instead seek further professional advice and diagnosis.
