Yes, you can drop off your part at our store, if you are a local customer or if you want to drop off your part directly at our repair center instead of placing the order online and shipping it to us.
Yes, if you are local or just driving by and if you choose to drop off your part at our store or repair center instead of going through the online ordering process, we welcome you to do so. You are not required to place an online order in advance. If you have already started the online ordering process, you can cancel it easily without any hassle. There will be no inbound shipping cost if you choose to drop off your part. Additionally, you have the option to have the repaired part shipped back to you if needed. This means that if you drop off the part for repair but can't pick it up in person, we can arrange for it to be shipped back to you upon request.
Upon dropping off your part at our store, a new order will be generated specifically for the parts you have left with us. You are also able to utilize any coupons you may have at our local store, just as you would online, unless otherwise specified in the coupon details.
After your parts have been repaired, we will promptly notify you through email and SMS/text message once they are ready for pickup.
