Can I cancel the repair of my part?

Yes, you can cancel the repair of your part at any time before the repair process has begun. This means that if you change your mind or find an alternative solution, you are free to notify us before we start working on your part. When we receive your part, we will conduct a thorough test and evaluation to determine if it is indeed faulty.

Our skilled technicians will assess its condition with precision and care. If we find that the part is faulty, we will proceed with the necessary repairs to restore its functionality.

During testing/evaluation process, if no faults are found during our evaluation, we will contact you to understand why the part was sent for repair, allowing us to provide the best service and address any concerns you may have.

Please note that if the part is found to be in good working condition, you will be responsible for a bench test fee. This fee covers the costs associated with the evaluation process. Additionally, if you requested expedited service and the part is deemed functional, there may be extra charges, such as a rush fee, that will apply. We believe in transparency, and we will keep you informed of any fees prior to finalizing the evaluation. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you throughout the process.
