Do we need the physical cluster to program the mileage or can we accept just the control board?

The programming happens in the circuit board. However, if you're missing the protective lens and needles need to be recalibrated we can’t be held responsible if you didn’t reassemble correctly. The warranty will not cover anything outside of the programming.
