# Treadmill Console Works, Motor Silent

**Answer:** A stuck logic relay keeps the motor circuit open. We replace high-cycle relays and guarantee reliable starts.

**Quick take:** A logic relay stuck open isolates the motor despite the console sending “Start.”

### What fails

- Relay contacts arc over time
- Coil driver transistor fails

### UpFix solution

- Fit industrial‑grade relay rated 1 M cycles
- Verify coil driver waveform
- Soft‑start check at 2 mph
